This legal notice governs the use of the Internet portal as well as, and, (hereinafter the "Portal") which Grupo Andilana (hereinafter the "OWNER") has made available to internet users. The use of the Portal attributes the person the status of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the "User") and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice. Consequently, the User should read this Legal Notice every time he or she wishes to use the Portal, as there may be changes to the same. The OWNER reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any moment and without prior warning, the presentation and configuration of the portal, as well as the Services and conditions required to use the Portal and its Services. 


The Owner of this website is ANDILANA, S.L., with registered address in Barcelona, Pasaje Madoz, 5; registered on the Barcelona Trade Register under Volume 38327, Page 13, Sheet number B 322057, 1st Entry and holder of Corporate Tax No. B64117088.


3.1. The obligation to make correct use of the Portal and the Services
The User undertakes to use the Portal and the Services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, and other notices, regulations of use and instructions available to the public, as well as in accordance with good morals, generally accepted good practice and public order.  To this end, the User undertakes to refrain from using any of the Services for illicit purposes or effects, which are prohibited under this Legal Notice, or harmful to the rights and interests of third parties. All the industrial and intellectual property rights for the website, as well as the elements contained therein (including images, text, etc.) belong to the OWNER
3.2. Liability for damages
The User will be liable for damages of any kind suffered by the Owner, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of breach of any of the obligations under the Legal Notice or any laws related to the use of the Portal and, in particular, it undertakes to refrain from:
(a) reproducing, copying, distributing, making available or otherwise communicating publicly, transforming or modifying the Contents, unless with the authorisation of the Owner of the corresponding rights, or when it is legally permitted.
(b) deleting, manipulating or otherwise altering the "copyright" and other identifying data of the copyright of the OWNER or other any other copyright holder, including the digital fingerprints or any other technical means established to recognise said copyright. The User shall refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain the Contents of the website by using means or procedures other than those which have been made available for this purpose, or which have been indicated for this purpose on the website on which the content is found, or, in general, are those usually employed on the internet, provided they do not entail a risk of damage to the portal or disabling the same, the Services and/or the Contents.
3.3. Adding hyperlinks that allow access to the pages on the Portal and access to the Services. Users and, in general, those who intend to establish a hyperlink between their website and the Portal (hereinafter, the "Hyperlink") must comply with the following conditions:

(a) no false, inaccurate or incorrect statements or indications will be made about the OWNER , its employees, the webpages on the Portal or the Services provided;
(b) it shall not be declared or implied that the OWNER has authorized the Hyperlink or has supervised or taken on the services offered in any way, or places available on the webpage on which the Hyperlink is located;(c) the webpage on which the Hyperlink is established shall not contain illegal  information or content, or any that is counter to good morals and generally accepted good practice and the public order, nor shall it contain content that is contrary to the rights of third parties. The establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply the existence of relations between the OWNER and the owner of the website on which the link is established, nor does it imply the acceptance and approval by the OWNER of the contents or services thereon


All the brands, trade names and distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Portal, as well as the contents of the same, are the property of the OWNER, and the use or access of the Portal by the User cannot be understand as attributing any rights to the User for said trademarks, trade names or/distinctive signs and contents.


The OWNER may make use of cookies while providing the services on the website. Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information regarding specific preferences for a user visiting a particular website. This information is recorded on small files that are stored on the computer of the corresponding user. Every time the user returns to the website in question, these files are automatically activated so that the website is configured with the preferences indicated in previous visits.

In order to use some of the Services, Users must provide THE OWNER with certain personal details (hereinafter the "Personal Data") which, in accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December, the Personal Data Act, must be recorded on a File for which THE OWNER is responsible, and which will not be transferred unless to provide the requested Services, or under those data usage transfers provided for under current law. Users who provide their information to THE OWNER so that they may be sent the newsletter or company information, provide authorisation to the latter for the use their personal data in order to make relevant commercial information from the companies that form part of the ANDILANA GROUP available to them, where this information may be of interest. If the User wishes to CANCEL the previous authorisation, a message should be sent to with the subject "unsubscribe from communications", and indicating the email address you wish to unsubscribe. Any User may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in relation to personal data, by sending a request to with the subject "Personal Data Act", and with a copy of the User's ID attached. All of the information provided by the User through the contact forms should be accurate. To this effect the User guarantees the accuracy of all the data provided. 

Equally, the User is responsible for ensuring that all the information provided to the OWNER is kept up-to-date so that it corresponds, at all times, to the User's current situation. In any case the User will be the sole party responsible for any incorrect or false statements made and any damage this may cause to the OWNER or to third parties as a result of the information provided. The OWNER has implemented the legally required security measures detailed in the Data Protection Act and will implement any other additional means of protection and technical measures needed.


The Guidelines for Use in the present Legal Notice are governed by Spanish Law. Both the OWNER and the users of the Website agree that for any discrepancy that may arise as to the interpretation, performance and/or enforcement of these guidelines, they expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
